The ancient city of Europos -or the city of Europeans- as it was called in Roman times was an important urban centre of the 4th century BC until the 4th century AD.

The redesigned information centre, within the archaeological site, presents information on the character and works of the most famous 'child' of Europos, Seleucus I Nicator, who kept Alexandre the Great's dream for a 'new world', alive.
