Archaeological museum of Nikopolis

November 16, 2012

The Museum lies at the entrance of the city of Preveza and consists of two main exhibition spaces presenting the foundation of the ancient city and its development during the roman and early christian period, until its decline and abandonment (Gallery A) as well as the everyday life of the Nikopolis citizens and their attitude regarding death (Gallery B).

The provision and installation of the signage media took place in the Fall of 2012 and satisfies in total the need for visitors’ briefing, accessibility issues and information for the exhibits presented.
